Welcome to Uldum, the sun-soaked ancient desert nestled in southern Kalimdor. In this post, I’ve tested various gathering gold farming routes in Uldum to find out how much GPH can be made.
Why multiple routes and not just one? Because the market is ever-changing and whatever’s profitable today might not be tomorrow.
So in order to address this I’ve tested multiple routes with their own particular focus. If you’d like to try out these routes you’ll find the import codes for them below.
To ensure that this post is relevant whenever you are viewing this, the values you see below are updated periodically and used to calculate the gold per hour of each route for both NA and EU!

Here are the routes that I’ve tested. If you’d like to use these routes, the best way is to use both the Routes and Routes Import/Export addons and copy paste the code for the route you’re interested in into the import box in the addon.

Uldum – All Herbs & Ore Route
This route tracks all herbs and ore within the zone of Uldum. This mainly consists of Whiptail, Cinderbloom, Elementium Ore and Pyrite Ore.

This route focuses mainly on Elementium ore, so if prices are good for it this route will likely perform well.

This route almost exclusively gets you Whiptail and Volatile Life. It’s a nice short route where you loop up and down the river.
